WITCH HAZEL FACIAL TONER
Don’t buy a facial toner with yucky ingredients in it, that you can’t pronounce, for $30+ dollars! It’s unnecessary.
This listing is for ONE 2 oz. cobalt blue glass bottle with a fine mist sprayer.
Application: Apply to a clean, washed face. Hold approximately 9-12 inches from your face and spray a mist over your entire face. This can be done before bed, in the morning, or both.
Skin is naturally acidic and a quality toner can help restore the skin’s natural p.h. levels. Facial toners can also help balance the way your skin produces oils and helps shrink your pores. Always apply to a clean face and under make up. This provides a protective barrier between your skin and the make up and helps prevent the make up ingredients from absorbing into your skin.
